Importance of Being Earnest Performance (Copy)

The Importance of Being Earnest is a hilarious play written by the great playwright Oscar Wilde. It follows two gentlemen, Algernon and Jack, as they they assume the name of Ernest and woo two separate women. The women are both determined to marry a man by the name of Ernest and all sorts of hilarity ensues as true identities are found out, alliances are made, and eventually a “happy” ending is reached.

All performances will be held in the Russel Reid auditorium of the North Dakota Heritage Center and State Museum. Please enter through the Northern Lights Atrium off of State Street on the east side of the building.

Performances are free but a free will donation will be collected.

This show is appropriate for audience members of all ages and will be sure to have you laughing and falling in love with “Ernest”.
